About the event
Join ambassador Shauna for a claa on practical, day-to-day herbal applications followed by a sound bath relaxation.
There will be a short meet and greet, followed by herbal education on every day use (how to use herbs to take care of themselves and their family for things like scrapes, headaches, pains, etc.) and a meditative sound bath. Please bring a yoga mat and or blanket so you have something comfortable to relax on during the meditiation.
